Meet Sullivan’s Crew — a finely tuned ensemble of leadership, compassion, and just enough competitive spirit to make things interesting. Led by our fearless (and likely very persuasive) CEO, Melissa Sullivan, this crew includes Roxanne, Chad, Sara, Kim, Angela, Kalan, Meme, and Melissa herself — eight individuals who can run a meeting, solve a problem, and now… attempt to run, walk, or bike without immediately asking, “Whose idea was this?”

Together, they’ve set a team goal of $2,500, which breaks down to a very specific and not-at-all-negotiable $312.50 per person. Precision matters, even when your legs are questioning your life choices.

While there may be some friendly nudging, a few side-eyes over fundraising totals, and possibly one person who takes the “bike” portion very seriously, the heart behind Sullivan’s Crew is simple and steady: supporting the HomeCare & Hospice Foundation. Every dollar raised helps provide comfort, care, and compassion to those who need it most in our community.

So whether they’re walking with purpose, jogging with determination, or coasting with confidence, Sullivan’s Crew is showing up — together — for something bigger than themselves. And maybe, just maybe, crossing the finish line with both pride and slightly sore calves.
