Join us on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, for the 2nd Annual Olean Hospice Hope: Walk, Ride, Run Together! This exciting event offers participants a 1.4-Mile Walk, 5K Run, or 8.5-Mile Bike Ride, all in support of HomeCare & Hospice.

The event winds through Olean’s beautiful residential neighborhoods, raising awareness and funds for the compassionate care provided to patients and families facing end-of-life illnesses.
Honoring Carol L. Mahoney:
This year, we are proud to dedicate the event to Carol L. Mahoney, who devoted nearly 40 years to advancing healthcare in Western New York. Carol was pivotal in founding HomeCare & Hospice, expanding home care services, and creating the PACE program to help seniors remain in their homes. By participating, you honor Carol’s enduring impact on hospice, home care, and community health, while supporting compassionate end-of-life care across WNY.

OPTION 4: Virtual 5K Run

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION OPEN (includes mailing of hat!)
Can't make the race... Participate virtually! Simply sign up for the 5K Virtual Race before it sells out. You choose the location and time to get out on your own and run/walk your 5K any time in the months of May or June. Feel free to use the FREE IYR Virtual App to track and score your run. You will be able to manually enter your finish time directly to the IYR Results Page any time during the months of May/June.
*Virtual participants will automatically receive their awesome hospice hope socks in the mail approximately 1 week after the race (Continental USA only). OPTIONAL T-shirts also available at checkout while supplies last and can be mailed out with the hat if you decide to order.
POST RACE CELEBRATION
The post race celebration and awards ceremony will take place at Lincoln Park after the run with music at the finish line, bottled water, post race snacks & goodies, etc.PARKINGThere is plenty of free parking at/near Lincoln Park.AGE GROUPS & AWARDSUnique awards will be awarded to the 1st overall male and female finishers in the 5K run. Finisher certificates—showing individual race stats and rankings—can be downloaded and printed after the race by clicking the RESULTS button at the top of this page. There will be no refunds.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICESProfessional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions.
